You can submit assignments using any of the forms below, or via our central email address at claims@intermountainclaims.com, via telephone 800-349-0373, or via facsimile 208-375-8905. We will internally route the assignment to the closest Intermountain office. That office will send you an acknowledgement of the assignment receipt and if accepted, the adjuster we assign. Regardless, if the assignment is out of our service area, requires travel pre-approval, or we are unable to accept, you will be contacted within one business day.
