Salt Lake City, the “Crossroads of the West” is home to both the capital of Utah and our second largest claims office which opened in 1985. Salt Lake City has a robust business and cultural community and hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics, launching a strong outdoor recreation tourist industry. 

In addition to our talented workers’ compensation staff, our Property & Casualty division staffs highly experienced multi-line field adjusters, including specialists in heavy equipment and cargo claims covering all of Utah, western Colorado, northern Nevada, western Wyoming and northern Arizona. 

Our Salt Lake City office is also the home office of our Intermountain Claims Specialty Services Fire Investigation team providing Origin & Cause services across multiple western states.
