Bernadette joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2023.  She currently serves as the time loss and complex medical only examiner on the service teams she is assigned.  Bernadette has a solid understanding of the Idaho Workers’ Compensation statute.  She has excellent customer service skills, solid problem solving and critical thinking capabilities, and is adept in a variety of computer software platforms.  Bernadette is an excellent communicator, technically competent, disciplined and detail oriented.  She is a licensed State of Idaho Independent Adjuster.
