Carrie joined the Missoula office of Intermountain Claims in 2025, with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.   Her background includes  claim management roles with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured entities. Carrie has extensive expertise in litigation management, complex liability, and high-severity claims handling.  She also has many years of experience in supervision, mentoring and training. Throughout her career, Carrie has held senior positions where she focused on training, compliance, and strategic claims resolution.  She served in the US Army and received multiple Soldier of the Year awards as well as the Distinguished Leadership Award.  Carrier holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Montana State University and is a State of Montana Certified Professional Claims Examiner and a Licensed Montana Insurance Adjuster.
