Casey joined the Portland office in 2008 and is the Oregon/Washington Claims Manager. She has over 25 years of experience handling Oregon workers’ compensation claims and has a fundamental understanding of the Oregon Administrative Rules. Casey also supervises our Washington Self-Insured Worker’s Compensation programs. She has extensive experience handling high risk and catastrophic claims including traumatic brain injuries, psychological issues, toxic exposure, spinal cord injuries, and fatality claims. Casey is well versed with all aspects of the claim process and has a positive working relationship with local medical, legal, and vocational vendors as well as our clients. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Finance from Western Washington University, attends various industry training seminars and courses, and is a Certified Oregon Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner.
