Cecil joined the St. George team at Intermountain Claims as a property adjuster in 2013. He has previous experience working as a licensed property and casualty agent for a direct writer, which provided him with an understanding of multi-line insurance products. Cecil also has experience as a property manager, overseeing 250 residential units, where he managed repairs and insurance claims. He has experience in residential construction which provides a working knowledge in evaluating a loss and dealing with local contractors. Cecil is fluent in Spanish, and he has a Bachelor of Art degree in accounting from Southern Utah University.
