Cecil joined the St. George team at Intermountain Claims as a property adjuster in 2013.  He has previous experience working as a licensed property and casualty agent for a direct writer, which provided him with an understanding of multi-line insurance products.  Cecil also has experience as a property manager, overseeing 250 residential units, where he managed repairs and insurance claims. He has experience in residential construction which provides a working knowledge in evaluating a loss and dealing with local contractors. Cecil is fluent in Spanish, and he has a Bachelor of Art degree in accounting from Southern Utah University. He is IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) certified. Cecil also has his HAAG residential roof inspection certification and is licensed in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada.
