Dana joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2015 as a property field adjuster.  Prior to being a claim adjuster, he had extensive experience in all facets of property restoration, mitigation, and mold remediation with over 18 years of overseeing all facets of property restoration acting as a liaison between the restoration company and insurance carriers.  Three of those years included being a restoration company owner.  After his time in the restoration business, Dana began handling multi-line property/casualty claims.  He is proficient with Xactimate and XactAnalysis, and is well-versed in the property claim handling process.   He is IICRC Certified in Smoke Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying, and RIA Certified as a Mold Remediation Supervisor.  In addition, Dana is HAAG certified as a Residential Roof Inspector.  Dana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a licensed adjuster in both Idaho and Oregon.
