Elaine joined the Missoula office of Intermountain Claims in 2024.  She is an important member of our Montana Workers’ Compensation Division handling medical only claims on the service team she supports. Elaine has exceptional customer service skills, is highly organized and has a detailed, process-oriented mindset.  Her past experience in the finance and service industry resulted in the development of excellent problem-solving, project management, and negotiation skills. Elaine received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Montana and is a State of Montana Certified Professional Claims Examiner.
