Jennifer joined the Missoula office in 2025, with over ten years of experience in workers’ compensation claims handling.  She is proficient in managing complex indemnity, medical, and litigated cases. Jennifer is also skilled in reserve management, settlement analysis, and Medicare Secondary payor processes, ensuring compliance with Center for Medicare Services requirements in conjunction with the Montana Workers’ Compensation Act.  She has extensive experience collaborating with medical providers, legal counsel, and rehabilitation teams to achieve fair and timely claim resolutions. Jennifer attended Front Range Community College  where she studied Human Anatomy & Physiology as well as Medical Terminology. She is a Montana Certified Claims Examiner.
