Jennifer joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2024. She currently serves as a medical only examiner on the service teams she is assigned. Jennifer has excellent customer service skills, solid problem solving and critical thinking capabilities, and is adept in a variety of computer software platforms. She is an excellent communicator, technically competent, disciplined and detail-oriented. Before joining Intermountain, Jennifer was employed for four years as a “Claims Processor I” for a local health care administrator and seven years at a local hospital performing workers’ compensation and general liability insurance billing and records management. Jennifer is a licensed State of Idaho Independent Adjuster.
