John has been involved in the insurance industry with auto and medium duty truck estimating for nearly 30 years.  He has extensive knowledge in auto/truck repair. He also has knowledge in estimating damages to farm machinery, motorhomes and construction equipment.  While working for a carrier he was involved in selecting shop partners and monitoring CSN shop performance through detailed metrics analysis and completing reinspection. John has excellent communication skills and excels at customer service. John is an Idaho and Oregon licensed insurance adjuster and previously a Nuclear Mechanic, Machinists Mate 2nd Class.  He is currently an apprentice in the National Truck and Heavy Equipment Claims Council (NTHECC).
