Joseph joined the Lewiston office in 2024 with over ten years of property and casualty claims handling experience. In addition, he has been a sole practitioner of a law firm specializing in personal injury, real estate and securities law since 2007. Joseph has served on a deployment to Louisiana for catastrophic commercial losses. He is proficient handling automobile, residential and commercial property, large loss and catastrophic claims. Joseph has strong investigative skills and is able to assess liability and negotiate settlements. Joseph is certified in Xactimate, Xactanalysis, and X1 and is proficient in Claims Experience estimating software. He is well versed in legal interpretation of claims policy and mediation strategies. Joseph obtained an MBA from Lake Forest College and a JD from John Marshall Law School, and is a licensed Independent Insurance Adjuster in Idaho, Florida and Washington State.
