Karen joined the Salt Lake City team of Intermountain Claims in 2019. She previously had over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, including working as a liability adjuster for a large national firm. Karen is detailed oriented with the experience and knowledge to handle a claim from beginning to end including scene investigations, witness statements, determining liability, and settling claims. She is well versed in handling claim negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.  She has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education and English from University of Southern Mississippi and is a licensed adjuster in the States of Utah, Idaho, Nevada and Wyoming.
