Kimberly has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, including over 20 years handling complex workers’ compensation claims for a large national third-party administrator.  She has extensive knowledge of medical terminology, and is experienced in all aspects of claim handling, including intricate coverage issues, scene and claim investigations, subrogation, arbitration, and settlement.  Kimberly has handled claims for self-insured entities as well as insurance carrier clients. She has excellent customer service, analytical, and communication skills and is proficient with a variety of computer platforms.  Kimberly holds an Idaho Workers’ Compensation Adjusters’ license and is a Certified Idaho Workers’ Compensation Specialist (Advanced Level).  She is also a licensed California Self-Insured Adjuster.
