Kyla joined Intermountain Claims in 2023 and the Missoula office in 2025.  She currently serves as the indemnity adjuster on the service teams she supports. Kyla works closely with our self-insured, national and regional insurance carriers, and third-party administrative programs. She possesses excellent customer service skills, is highly organized and technically competent. Kyla has a strong understanding of medical terminology and maintains an excellent rapport with our clients and the medical community. She holds the designation of Certified Claims Examiner in Montana.
