Lene joined the Boise office of Intermountain claims in 2025.  She serves as senior examiner on the service teams she is assigned.  Lene has over  20 years of experience in the insurance industry, including  15 years handling complex workers’ compensation claims. Her background also includes over 5 years in supervision and claims management overseeing multiple jurisdictions for a national third-party administrator, and over 3 years in claims compliance. Lene has a thorough understanding of Idaho Workers’ Compensation law, extensive knowledge of medical terminology, and is experienced in all aspects of claims investigation and settlement. She has excellent analytical skills, is proficient with a variety of computer platforms, and possesses a strong working relationship with local medical and legal vendors. Lene holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boise State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University. She also has an Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter(CPCU), and is a licensed Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington Independent Adjuster.
