Linda Schneider, RN

Nurse Case Manager

Linda has 33 years of experience as a registered nurse with experience in both inpatient and outpatient medical care and 27 years in the industry. She has 24 years of experience in occupational health outpatient clinic, Occupational Health Nurse for a hospital, and complex medical case management including lung transplants with primary focus on workers’ compensation. Previous areas of responsibilities include managing an employer’s self-insured workers’ compensation claims and return to work programs, including ADA Job Analyses and respirator fitting. Prior to joining Intermountain Claims, Linda provided medical case management services for CRA, a national managed care company. Linda has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing completed at the University of Health Sciences Center, Portland, Oregon in 1979. She completed the certification of Certified Disability Management Specialist in 1996 and Certified Case Manager in 1997. She is licensed as a registered nurse in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. She has also completed the following certifications; 10-hours OSHA Training Course in a Guide to Voluntary Compliance, pre and posttest HIV counseling and partner notifications, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Blood Gas Extraction, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Chemotherapy for Kaiser Permanente.
