Michael joined the Intermountain Claims Boise office in 2021.  He is an Idaho licensed Workers’ Compensation Examiner handling medical and light time loss claims.  In addition, Michael has several years of experience working in the insurance industry for a national health care third-party administrator handling all aspects of health claims.  Michael has an in-depth knowledge of medical terminology and an excellent understanding of the claims process.  He works closely with our national insurance carrier clients and third-party administrative programs.  Michael has strong organizational and customer service skills, a solid understanding of the Idaho Workers’ Compensation Statute and maintains excellent rapport with our clients and the local medical community.  He holds a Certified Idaho Workers’ Compensation Specialist (CIWCS) Advanced Level certification.
