Natalie joined Intermountain Claims in 2021.  She is an important member of our Montana workers’ compensation division handling claims for our insured, self-insured and third-party administrator programs.  Natalie has strong organizational and customer service skills, a solid understanding of the Montana Workers’ Compensation Statutes and medical terminology.  She possesses an excellent working knowledge of a variety of computer programs and has a positive working relationship with the local medical community as well as our clients.  Natalie is a State of Montana Certified Professional Claims Examiner and has a Bachelors’ Degree from Pacific Lutheran University.  She also continues to expand her knowledge by participating in industry related continuing educational seminars and webinars.
