Tamara has extensive workers’ compensation indemnity claim handling knowledge, with over 30 years of experience handling indemnity claims for national insurance carriers.  As she learns the TPA business, she brings a wealth of knowledge that includes all aspects of the claim handling process, including settlement negotiation, reserving, recorded statements, and complex case management.  Tamara is organized, detail oriented, well versed with computer programs, and possesses in-depth technical, jurisdictional, and case law knowledge.  She regularly participates in industry continuing education courses and is a great asset to our team.
