Nicole joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2011. She is a highly skilled medical nurse with extensive experience in orthopedic, neurology, and neurosurgical specialties. During her tenure, Nicole has had the roles of case manager, staff nurse, charge nurse, patient care coordinator, and spine program coordinator. Her extensive experience has given Nicole the ability to develop a rapport with all members of the health care team and the knowledge and expertise to coordinate proper care programs for diverse populations. She has worked as a clinical staff instructor to ensure nursing staff was up to date on educational requirements, including teaching educational sessions and developing a self-learning module on Epilepsy and Seizures. Nicole is a licensed nurse in the State of Idaho, holds the CCM (Certified Case Management) designation, and is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist – Foundation Level – in the State of Idaho. She is also a Certified Medical-Surgical Nurse, a Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse and holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
